Eva Bleich has been with Abramson, Brown & Dugan since 2008. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a plaintiffs’ medical malpractice lawyer in Philadelphia for 20 years. In her time spent as a New Hampshire birth injury lawyer, Eva has helped numerous individuals and families navigate the medical malpractice litigation process. She is committed to helping injured victims throughout the state fight for the justice and recovery they are owed.
Eva has a background in nursing. She attended nursing school at Fairleigh Dickinson University and earned her R.N. in 1969. During this time, she spent her evenings working in the quadriplegia unit at the Veteran’s Hospital in East Orange, New Jersey. There, she provided necessary care for seriously injured servicemen returning from combat.
Once she had completed nursing school, Eva spent the next decade working as an R.N., nursing supervisor, and assistant administrator at a private medical facility for more than 300 children with significant brain damage. Eva went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts at Temple University, graduating summa cum laude before also earning her J.D. at Temple Law School.
After law school, Eva moved to New Hampshire where she served as a volunteer for six years on the Board of Directors for Voices Against Violence. Currently, she is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Association for Justice. She was selected as a “Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year” in Plaintiffs’ Medical Malpractice Law in 2017 by U.S. News & World Report.
